Learning classes are ideal for those seeking transformational experience and practical tools to cope with mental well-being challenges, and build self-regulation skills. To facilitate these experiences I blend mindfulness, coaching, and body-oriented psychotherapy techniques, such as dance therapy, mindful movement, sensory awareness and somatic experiencing. Participants learn to manage stress and anxiety, overcome burnout, build resilience and positive self-attitude, for a better quality of life.
