Hello, I'm Natalia Bondar, a Psychologist, Certified Coach, Facilitator and Gestalt Psychotherapist in training.

My passion is supporting people in enhancing their mental well-being, and I have more than 9 years of experience in this field. I help businesses to shape better leaders, build resilient teams, and create inclusive, passionate, and energizing work cultures that foster growth in both individuals and organizations. Consulting on psychological safety and mental well-being at the workplace I apply psychological research and evidence-based approaches, such as coaching, CBT, mindfulness among others.
I hold two master's degrees, in Applied Psychology and Coaching, and Economics, along with an international professional certification "Master Coach ICI" from the European Coaching Association. I've worked with mindfulness-based therapies with individuals and groups for ten years, and currently I am furthering my training as a Gestalt psychotherapist at Kyiv Gestalt University.

I have a diverse background in facilitating groups, conducting learning courses, seminars, webinars, and mindfulness classes. Additionally, I have founded and managed a training center, and worked as a business partner and program manager in various organizations focused on personal development and well-being.
