About me

As a psychologist, I use evidence-based approaches that include a variety of methods such as gestalt therapy, solution-oriented brief therapy, coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness-based CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and existential and client-centered counseling.

I also use elements of other types of therapy that blend mindfulness and body awareness.

With a master's degree in Psychology from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and professional training in Family Psychology,
I continue professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy at Kyiv Gestalt University.

Additionally, I am a member of the European Coaching Association and have several years of experience in Mindfulness-based approaches.

I have been practicing as a counseling psychologist and coach since 2021, and as a group facilitator and mindfulness trainer since 2013. I am dedicated to continuing my education and regularly attending professional supervision and personal therapy.
My personal journey has influenced my approach to psychology and has helped me to understand and empathize with my clients' struggles.
From childhood, I faced constant health issues and at the age of 23, I was diagnosed with cancer without any prior indication. This experience brought me to psychology and regular mindfulness practice and taught me the importance of love and respect for one's own body, and how to discover wisdom and energy within it.

In 2014, I was forced to emigrate due to the outbreak of war in my hometown of Donetsk, Ukraine. This experience has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to build a new life in different countries and adapt to changing circumstances. I understand the challenges that come with relocation and offer support to those struggling with the stress and uncertainty of this process.
Through my personal therapy, I have overcome co-dependency and toxic relationship patterns that were rooted in my parents' role models. I am well-equipped to assist clients who are experiencing similar relationship difficulties and have seen firsthand how it is possible to break free from these patterns and create healthier relationships.

Despite facing numerous obstacles including war, health problems, and financial constraints, I have remained committed to my life calling. I have successfully built a business and private practice in different countries and remotely, and am passionate about helping others to navigate professional development even under challenging circumstances and pursue their own passions.
If we don’t know each other yet, and before the consultation you want to clarify whether working with me is right for you, we call each other for 10-15 minutes and discuss all the questions.
As a psychologist, I strongly believe in the power of connection, empathy, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. My approach is client-centred, meaning that I work closely with each individual to develop a tailored plan that suits their unique needs and goals.

I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their concerns and experiences. Whether you are dealing with personal struggles, relationship issues, or professional challenges, I am here to help you navigate these difficult times.
