About Me

Welcome to my practice!

I am Natalia Bondar, a Counseling Psychologist (MSc), Certified Coach, and Gestalt Psychotherapist in training.

My work is to support individuals, couples and companies in times of change. I specialize in helping clients navigate four key areas: relationships, professional development, relocation and mental well-being.
With a master's degree in psychology from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and a post-graduate training in family psychology, I continue professional training in gestalt psychotherapy at Kyiv Gestalt University. I am a member of the European Coaching Association and have over 9 years of practice in mindfulness-based approaches.

I am committed to my work and ongoing professional and personal growth because I enjoy what I do. I continuously engage in educational events, supervision sessions and personal therapy to ensure my effectiveness in working with clients.

My approach to counseling is integrative and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I use a variety of evidence-based methods, such as coaching, mindfulness-based techniques, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

At the core of my practice is a deep respect for each person's unique strengths and life paths. I value creating a safe space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and motivations. I believe that everyone has the power to make the change they desire.

I am curious and open-minded when I go into each session. My goal is to make it easier for people to nurture their unique values and strengths, establish a connection with their inner authority, and take proactive steps toward reaching their full potential.
