Hello, I'm Natalia Bondar, a Psychologist, Certified Coach, and Psychotherapist in training with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and groups achieve mental well-being goals.

I specialize in bringing knowledge from psychological research and evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Coaching into the business environment, consulting on matters of mental well-being and psychological safety at the workplace.

I received my Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and Coaching from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and
hold an international professional certificate "Master Coach ICI" from the European Coaching Association.

With 10 years of experience in Mindfulness-based approaches I continue professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy at Kyiv Gestalt University.
