About me

Welcome to my practice! My name is Natalia Bondar and I am a Psychologist, Certified Coach, and Psychotherapist in training with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and groups achieve their mental health and well-being goals.

I received my education and training from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis where I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and Coaching.
I am a member of the European Coaching Association, which granted me an international professional certificate “Master Coach ICI”. I also received a further degree diploma in Family Psychology and currently continue professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy at Kyiv Gestalt University. Additionally, I have 10 years of experience in Mindfulness-based approaches.

I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field and regularly attend professional development courses, and conferences as well as supervision and personal therapy.

Approach

My approach to counseling is integrative and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, coaching, and mindfulness-based approaches.

What I value

As a psychologist, I value creating a warm and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and my goal is to empower my clients to reach their full potential.
